Look at what arrived in my inbox this morning.
I must say, I am a bit confuzzled. I know that dark lips played heavily into fall of 2008 (remembering Piha Black and YSL Pur Black here). Now I ask myself, is Chanel looking to reprise goth lips, do they want to keep dark nails going strong into the fall, or is it something else?
Chanel to me has always represented classic elegance and timeless beauty. I definitely see them going in a new direction and that excites me.
Rest assured, if this hits counters (and isn't an online exclusive) I will get the scooop!
So what do you all think, yay or nay?

I like that they're changing it up a bit... I think that the dark lips and nails can be very sexy. :)
Barbie.Doll- I definitely agree. It has a very chic and sophisticated vibe going on. I'm definitely going to need to check it out!
I'd buy the polishes but I'm not really into dark lips on me. I look weird in it.

I think Vendetta is perm. It is part of the Spring Line as well.
Jessica, you are correct on it being part of the spring line. I need to confirm if its permanent though.
Mmmm...I'm not loving the dark colors for the spring, but I do love that purple Vendetta polish. I saw it in person and it is GORGEOUS!!
I checked in with my counter and they don't have it yet, but I hope they do by next week.

I went to my Chanel counter and they don't have it in yet either. But I was told that Vendetta will not be perm. I also e-mailed chanel and they too said it will not become part of the perm line. That sucks.
