1. what the different between Aqua Cream eyeliner & the new Aqua Black Waterproof eyeshadow as e/s base? i don't have the new cream e/s yet but i use black cream e/l as e/s base.
2. what the different between pure pigments & star powder?
3. what are Aquarelles? and how do u use it? are they similar too Paradise makeup aquacolor by Mehron?
