I am requesting your opinion on Dior 1-Colour Ultra-Smoothing High Impact Eyeshadow! Everyone on Sephora seems to love these...but I am hoping they are sparkly and not just luminous! (I am a solar bits sparkle fan!!!!) Thank you!
