Beauty Resolution- No More Wimpy Lashes with Armani Eyes to Kill Mascara

I am ringing in the new year with a brand new mascara from one of my favorite brands, Armani Beauty. Seems to me like they are taking cues from one Mr 007 with Eyes to Kill.

...That's longer lashes. Lusher, not clumpy

Mascara being one of the key products to achieving a polished look, it is incredibly important to me that I find and test drive all the newest formulas on the market to find the best. Looking back on 2009, and forward into 2010, lashes have, and always will rule. That said, I was looking to start the new year with something fun and exciting: Armani's fall 2009 launch, Eyes To Kill, to see how it stacks up to the competition. A brand new addition to the already stunning Giorgio Armani Beauty lineup, Eyes to Kill is designed to add both volume and length to your fluttering lashes. Housed in a sleek, heavy duty metal tube, this mascara coats the lashes from root to tip with its patented formula, separating and grabbing each lash as you drag it through. The question is, how did it fair when taken to my lashes? Lets discuss.

In terms of its delivery system, Eyes to Kill comes in your standard tube, complete with bristle brush that deposits the formula evenly across your lashes. Part of what makes this mascara so successful is not only in the brand new micro-wax formula, but also in the bristles of the brush, which are spaced out perfectly to really get in there. I found the formula to be just the right thickness, not too thin as to not effectively thicken, but not too thick as to clump. It also layered well.

As for wear,  I found the formula glided onto my lashes, effectively lengthening, thickening, and even adding some curl. Two coats lasted all day without flaking, breaking, or making my lashes look clumpy or feel crunchy. The brush really grabbed my lashes at the root and held on, effectively lifting while separating.
