Spring 2010 nail colors make me feel as if I am coming out of the dark cave that was vampy nail colors of fall and winter. While I adore my dark purples and reds, I do find myself eager to rock lighter shades on my digits come spring season. China Glaze's spring collection brings forth a series of opaque pastel cremes that conjure up images of tasty petit fours.
Nom nom nom
Formulation on these is great, and they apply opaque and brush-stroke free. All the shades I tested dried down to a rich glossy finish with just 2 coats.
Flyin' High is a bright teal blue with just a hint of green. I would have to call this one Robin's Egg blue if I had to place it.
Grape Pop is a special color in my book. A rich, medium shade of purple with just a touch of blue in it, this color is absolutely delicious. Then again, it might just be my love of purple talking.
Peachy Keen is a soft but bold shade of peach. Bright without being too out there, Peachy Keen just looks lickable to me. Reminds me of orange cream ice cream bars, yum!
