Beauty Need It- YSL Noir Radical
No matter how many mascaras I try, my Holy Grail (HG) will always and forever be YSL Beauty Volume Effet Faux Cils.
Now, to tempt me to oblivion, YSL just launched my beloved in Noir Radical, a new shade that according to YSL is the blackest black possible. They had me at fat lashes, but will you partake in this newest offering?
