Join the Color Club with Color Club's Rebel Debutante Nail Polish Collection

Looks like the spring nail polish bug has bitten again, and hard. I am absolutely loving the huge color selection of fun shades from Color Club's latest, the Rebel Debutante Collection.

Uptown Girl, She's So Glam, Ms. Socialite

Uptown Girl is a greyed mauve. Very sweet and demure, I like this as a twist on the traditional neutral.

She's So Glam is a cool, soft pastel pink. It applies beautifully opaque in 2 coats.

Ms Socialite is a soft burgundy plum, and the perfect transition color from winter to fall. Not too dark, but not too light either, this is awesome for those in between days.

Rebel Debutante, Gossip Column, Charity Ball

Rebel Debutante is the collection's signature color, and one of my favorite. A muted lime, this one seems to me to be Essie Mint Candy Apple's slightly darker cousin. Love how unique the color is.

Gossip Column is another unique shade, a bright azure blue that runs strong in in the green realm. This is a color that instantly grabs your attention, and is just dark enough to be worn year round.

Charity Ball is a burnt sienna, and reminds me a bit of cinnamon sticks. To be honest, I am not a fan of brown on the nails, but that might just be me. Its not a bad color, just not my favorite.

Best Dressed List, High Society, Who Are You Wearing?

Best Dressed List is a soft, heathered mocha, and remnids me a bit of chocolate milk. As with Charity Ball,  I did not like the shade on my skintone. That said, I do think it will make a great nude on those with darker complexions.

High Society is a greyed taupe, and so on point as far as spring nail trends are concerned. It is also a pretty good dupe for Chanel's coveted Particuliere.

Who Are You Wearing is the lightest shade of the bunch, and a soft greyed white. I am definitely a fan of this shade, and I think it makes a great alternative to the opaque white shades we have been seeing.

The formula on all of these were excellent, with an optimal viscosity that lies somewhere between thick and thin. All of these shades are sparkle free creams, with a high shine finish that is so perfect for the colors. Dry down was average, and all shades applied opaque with two coats. All in all, I am very impressed!

I got Rebel Debutante, Uptown Girl, High Society, and Who Are you Wearing, and I think She's so glam. I was kinda disappointed in Rebel Debutante, tbh. I thought it was going to be more like a neon pastelly lime green. I'm happy with the other colors, though.

I still find it ironic that the only really rebellious shades in the collection are Rebel Debutante and Gossip Column :P

Purrty, I kind of hear what you are saying with r.d. To me, it was a more neon and slightly darker shade of jade

Silhouette, haha! I think the name is more for fun than for anything else.
