It's a dark dangerous world out there, full of sinister beauty products that don't do what they say they will. Luring you in with false promises of beauty and simplicity, use of aforementioned products almost always go terribly wrong.
They want to make you look like this:
In an effort save the faces of millions of innocents, the League Against Bad Makeup has banded together in this difficult time to declare a state of emergency. They have chosen their leaders, the beacons of light that will save us all from the horror of hard to use products, and shades that are falsely labeled as universally flattering.
Our first hero is one of my personal favorites, Illamasqua Pigment in Furore.
OK, so I may have made all of that superhero stuff up, but the idea still stands. There are just some products out there that are true superstars, rising to the occasion no matter who uses it, no matter how it is used. They assert themselves as superior from the first use, and rise above it all to stake their claim for a permanent spot in the hearts and traincases of millions. Illamasqua Pigment in Furore is one of those multi-tasking products in a universally flattering shade that just works no matter how its used and who uses it.
Furore is one of the shades being featured with the summer collection, out at all Sephora Illamasqua locations next month. This golden peach has rightfully earned a permanent spot in my makeup for daily use tray, as it exhibits beauty multitasking at its finest. I love it on my eyes for instant brightness, on my lips to add some sheen, and on my cheekbones as a highlight.
Swatched
A beauty superhero, Furore is an amazing product to have in your arsenal. Don't fall victim to false promises of universally flattering shades, as this baby is the real deal. Get it at Sephora, and on the Illamasqua website.

I adore this. It's a beautiful highlighter. I often use it with some pigment in Breathe over the top as an under-eyebrow highlighter. Gorgeous!
Oooh how pretty. It sounds like it's a pigment version of NARS Orgasm :P
have it and love it!
Helen, glad I am not the only one who is head over heels. Love it!
Silhouette, not quite the same shade as Orgasm, but just as universally flattering. Love it :)
Rachel, of course you do! A gal after my own heart. ;)
I love it on lips!
Anonymous, I do too!
