This summer, NARS’ releases its newest lip luxury- five Sephora-Exclusive lipglosses created in shades that match the line’s most popular blushes. Excited yet?
NARS blushes have a cult following, and for good reason. The blush powders (and creams) are pigmented, silky, flattering, gorgeous, and really kind of magical. From the universally flattering peachy pinkness that is Super Orgasm blush, to the must-have highlight shade Albatross, there is a shade for every skintone under the sun. In fact, you would be hard pressed to find a beauty lover that doesn’t have a shade (or two, or ten) that they are madly in love with. My favorite is Super Orgasm, by the way.
Why should the fun stop at the sumptuously pigmented blush powders? Five new lip glosses are coming to Sephora stores, and they match five of the brand’s best selling cheek shades. Because if you really LOVE a color, why should only one part of the face get to wear it. These lipglosses instantly bring a look together, matching cheeks to lips to perfection. Of course they also pack the pigment punch and shine that we have all come to know and love in the blushes.

This collective of glossy offspring is pure and utter perfection. Not only do they glide on rich and pigmented, but they feel amazing on the lips. There is just the right amount of tack that ensures the color will stick, but not so much to the point where your lips feel glued together. As with the blushes, each gloss has a slight shimmery nuance to it that makes them look even more amazing when the light hits them.

Super Orgasm looks so lovely! I've been debating about getting the blush as well, but the many reviews saying it contains large chunks of glitter put me off. Glitter always manages to get all over my face and in the most unflattering places (like the tip of my nose, my chin...). Did you experience much glitter migration or anything like this with the blush?

Virginia, my tip for using Super Orgasm (or any other glittery shadow) is to tap the brush to get the glitter particles off before applying. You would be surprised how the glitter comes off while the pigments stay. :) And you are very welcome :)
