In it's first beauty flip issue, Women's Health Magazine gives readers the ingredients and products they need to look and feel their best.
For years we have known that certain foods promote healthy skin. We know that ingredients like flax and Omega 3 are great for the heart, but did you know that they are great for your skin too? For a refresher course, check out Women's Health's Perfect Skin Diet
But why stop there? Lets take this show one step further.
How about some wasabi with your mud mask?
Watermelon in your face cream?
Okay fine, flax in your blush?
Nope, I am not reading off some sort of bizarre grocery list. I am actually listing some of the ingredients making their way into our skincare these days. Designed to make you look and feel your best, these super-charged products are making you more beautiful one flavonoid at a time.
Check out the great products that Women's Health recommends
I am eager to try out the Clay Mask with wasabi.

I definately need to check out that list. I'm always looking for ways to improve my skin. The wasabi clay mask sounds interesting but I wonder if it would irritate the eyes...
Faith-Abigail, I think I am just now starting to learn how important good skincare is! I will try out that mask and let you know how it goes! My eyes can be pretty sensitive too :)
While we are talking about skincare... how about you tell us: how you take care of your skin, what products do you use or review about some skincare products. I'm sure your information will help us a lot :) Anyway, I'm interested about Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF 30.
Sandra, I will be sure to do a post all about my skincare routine! Thanks for the request!!
