You Are What You Eat- The Perfect Skin Diet

In it's first beauty flip issue, Women's Health Magazine gives readers the ingredients and products they need to look and feel their best.

For years we have known that certain foods promote healthy skin. We know that ingredients like flax and Omega 3 are great for the heart, but did you know that they are great for your skin too? For a refresher course, check out Women's Health's Perfect Skin Diet

I definately need to check out that list. I'm always looking for ways to improve my skin. The wasabi clay mask sounds interesting but I wonder if it would irritate the eyes...

Faith-Abigail, I think I am just now starting to learn how important good skincare is! I will try out that mask and let you know how it goes! My eyes can be pretty sensitive too :)
