You know how sometimes things tend to slip under your radar? You consider yourself savvy and in the know. Then, all of a sudden; you discover something new and exciting, only to find out it isn't so new after all?This happened to me recently as I prowled my local Sephora and stumbled across this beauty:
Many of you recall Mac's Electro Sky Paint Pot from the Mcqueen Collection- a matte royal blue with intense payoff. Well I like to think of Proenza Blue as Electro Sky's sparkling cousin. This color was created especially for Fall 2008's Proenza Schouler Fashion Show.
I own several of the Shiseido Hydro-Power eyeshadows, and am quite pleased with their performance as an eyeshadow and eyeshadow base. The color is buildable and lasts all day. You can sheer it out or build it up bright and strong which is a feature I absolutely love.All in all this one gets a big thumbs up. If you missed out on Electro Sky, you just may want to snatch up Proenza Blue. Hurry though, the color is limited edition!
