Further pursuant to my discussion on the joys of summer-proof makeup, allow me to discuss with you two new additions to the Smashbox family that have me singing (and splashing) with joy.
Jet Set in Teal
Being obsessed with eye makeup, it comes as no shock that I am an avid fan of the jet set liner lineup from S-box. I own Black, Plum, and White, with Teal joining my collection’s ranks just in time for summer. The shade itself is a dreamy teal, with just the right mix of blue and green to make it universally flattering.
Jet Set can be used both as an eyeshadow base and as a liner, gliding on silky smooth and staying put once it sets. The shimmer in the shade softens it, making it very wearable and user friendly. LOVE.
Lip Tech in Sangria
Lip Tech is a brand new product, and one that is becoming a fast favorite of mine. It is a multi-tasking lip/cheek product designed to softly stain upon application, for a soft flush/pout that lasts the whole day. As if the results weren’t enough to give the product a high cool factor, the applicator is a nifty silicone spatula.
Sangria is a soft berry, and an amazing shade to rock year round. I throw it on my lips in the morning, and it lasts all day without drying out my lips. For extra zing, I pop a gloss on top.
Swatched L-R: Sangria, Teal Jet Set, Brow Products
Smashbox always does me right, no matter what I am looking for, no matter what I try. I have my go-to’s for summer-friendly beauty, how about you?

I have the Jet Set liner in navy and I love it and I also have the exact same LipTech in Sangria! I love Smashbox, they are really high performance products and I'm hardly ever disappointed. I have a free makeover booked at my local counter on Friday so I need to check out some more stuff! I love teal so I hope they've got this eyeliner to try! I was looking at the brow tech last time so I may have to get that this time, oh decisions, decisions!x

Stellie, I definitely feel that Smashbox is an under-appreciated brand, when there are so many fabulous offerings just waiting to be discovered!
Oh, and stay tuned for a brow tech post ;)
