Gaga for MAC Viva Glam Lady Gaga

I have mentioned this before, but it is definitely a topic that bears revisiting. The M·A·C AIDS Fund is one of the most worthwhile causes that I can think of, established in 1994 to help individuals and families worldwide that are affected by HIV and AIDS. Part of this effort is the Viva Glam Campaign, which oftentimes sees amazing collaborations between M·A·C and celebrities to create limited edition shades of lipstick and lipglass. This spring sees two favorites hopping on board (with 2 new lipstick shades!)- Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper.

Telephone by Lady Gaga- The Music Video

Lady Gaga and Beyonce in Telephone

This is the video event that has had the entire world waiting on baited breath to see. After the masterpiece that was Bad Romance, Lady Gaga goes above and beyond to bring her fans something truly extraordinary in this collaboration with Beyonce for her "Telephone" music video. When fashion, beauty, concept, and choreography unite, you get a piece that is nothing short of spectacular. Without further adieu, here it is:

From costume to concept, I think this video is absolutely amazing. Do you think this tops Bad Romance, or was that just a tough act to follow?

MAC VIVA GLAM with LADY GAGA and Cindy Lauper

Viva Glam is a line of lipsticks that need no introduction. 100% of sales proceeds go directly to the MAC AIDS fund, and that is something we can all get behind.

On that same note, the ladies you see above need no introduction. Both Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper are music icons, and gorgeous to boot. They are lending their images to two brand new Viva Glam limited edition lipsticks, launching today! Cyndi is a red lustre, while Gaga is a medium pink lustre.

Fun Fact: Lady Gaga rocked the shade during her amazing Grammy performance!

Help support the MAC AIDS fund, and purchase Viva Glam. Supporting a great cause has never looked more glamorous.

Lady Gaga at the Grammys

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga absolutely killed it at the Grammys. From the moment she arrived on the red carpet, she killed it with her canary yellow ombre hair, super defined eyes and brows, and her out of this world intergalactic dress.

A Very GaGa FOTD

Feeling the need to live up to the impeccable beauty reputation of one of my style icons, I tried to step it up artistically when I did my look for the concert. I apologize in advance since I do look a little haggard. I am not wearing foundation or tinted moisturizer, so you get to see my skin in its natural state. This was done in ten minutes in the office bathroom. Anywho, on with the show.

Lady Gaga Takes on NYC- The Monster Ball Concert at Radio City

Those who follow me on twitter know, yesterday I had a life-altering experience in the form of Lady Gaga's first NYC concert on her Monster Ball Tour. Suffice it to say that the show blew my ever-loving mind, assaulting my senses with so much awesomeness that I left with no voice, and very little thought capacity. In other words, your krasey beauty's brain became a krasey pile of ooey gooey goodness. Of course I want to share the experience with you, so fasten your seatbelts kids, because tons of pictures lay ahead.

You know you wanna see more, so go ahead and take the jump.

Lady Gaga Heartbeats

It has been some time since I have touched fashion on Krasey Beauty, but rest assured that I have not turned a blind eye to something that is very near and dear to my heart. In fact, I am considering myself inspired as I want to spotlight the hottest new accessory in my ownership. Say hello to a gift from Mama Krasey, Heartbeats by Lady Gaga, as brought to the adoring masses from Beats by Dr Dre.

Lady Gaga on the Cover of Elle Magazine

Lady Gaga

Just when I thought I couldn't fall any more in love with Lady Gaga then I already have, the January 2010 issue of Elle Magazine featuring Lady Gaga comes out and knocks me down. I am such a huge fan of the creative looks Gaga has rocked, but there is something so stunning about this minimalist makeup approach. Her wardrobe is exquisite, though slightly less avant garde than her norm. All in all, I am loving the contrast between the spread and Gaga's usual persona.

Some more images from the spread:

How do we feel about these images? Are you as in love as I am?

Video Phone Music Video Premiere with Beyonce and Lady Gaga

How do we feel about this newest collaboration?

I have mixed feelings about some of Beyonce's makeup looks, like the chola lips. Otherwise, I think the concept is pure genius. Gaga looks flawless, and Beyonce is stunning! Love these two together so much that it hurts inside.

Of Inspiration, Lady GaGa does V Magazine

It is no secret that I absolutely ADORE Lady GaGa. From makeup to music, this songstress and pop icon can do no wrong in my eyes. Now, imagine how excited I was to hear that GaGa would be doing a cover for V Magazine's Issue 61. Shot by Mario Testino, this spread is a feast for the eyes.

LADY GAGA was photographed by MARIO TESTINO in NYC and wears Marc Jacobs styled by Nicola Formichetti. The magazine is available on newsstands as of yesterday, Sept 1st. It will come in 2 different versions with GAGA “wearing” removable electrostatic blue and pink Marc Jacobs glasses.

In regards to his inspiration for the cover shot, Editor-in-chief Stephen Gan says: "When the Marc Jacobs pink hooded coat and glasses came down the runway, I knew there was only one person I wanted to see in it: Lady Gaga. Growing up as a kid obsessed with new wave, I would cut up paper sunglasses and put them on to celebs’ faces on magazine covers. These plastic peel on and peel off glasses come in pink and blue and are actually based on the Marc Jacobs ones that came down the runway! There's no other celeb that has done more for the eyewear biz than Gaga. Giving people something tactile and collectible...I feel like a kid again peeling those glasses on and off the V cover."

As if that cover isn't enough to bring your pop-happy levels up through the roof, have a look at this gem:
GAGA has me going bananas. For more photos, and to read the interview, pick up your issue of V Magazine at a local newstand near you.
