The beauty brainchild of one of Hollywood's brightest makeup artists, Julie Hewett Los Angeles is a line founded and brought to life by Julie's need for a modern, vivid range red lipsticks on the set of one of her movies (Pearl Harbor, if you must know). Taking her inspiration from black and white films and old world 1940's French glamour, Julie launched the Noir Collection with the philosophy that great makeup starts from the lips up.
